This insurance kind is developed for buildings that are under construction. Insurance contract can be made by customer, main- or subcontractor. Insurance contract can be made for one particular building or, in case of constructing company – for all constructing content of the year.

All risks insurance means that insured incidents are all sorts of destruction or loss of insured property, which are not excluded by insurance terms.

Insurance object can be not only constructing building, but also materials and machinery, used during construction, along with already built structures.

Second sub-item that is covered by this insurance contract is civil responsibility for damage done to third party persons. It compensates property and person damages done to third party persons during contraction works
